‘Beera’ in Greek literally means beer.
But the story behind the name is that bee
is the symbol of Malia* and
honey is an ingredient used in all of our Beera recipes.
We then added the last two letters R and A
from our restaurants here in Malia (Red Lion & Avli)
where you can exclusively enjoy our BEERA!

Our IPA is a fresh, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft, blonde beer.
A strong beer that contains high levels of hops, which give it its bitter taste.
Available in 300 / 500 ml glasses

Fresh, unpasteurized craft Pilsner.
A beer with a light golden colour, medium carbonation, slightly acidic and sub-sweet taste that is completed by a slight bitterness.
Aromatic, with the aromas of hops prevailing, as well as cereals and fruits.
It is an all-around beer that can be combined with many dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Available in 0,75 lt bottle / 300 ml glass / 500 ml glass
* Our label was inspired by this famous pendant,
which dates back to the Bronze Age (1800 – 1700 BC).
It is an amazing and very detailed example of Minoan art representing two bees storing a dropof honey in a cell.
It was found in the cemetery of the old palace at Chrysolakkos, outside the Palace of Malia, the third largest Minoan palace.

Fresh, unfiltered, unpasteurized craft blonde beer, full-bodied, low bitterness and a subtle hops aroma. Made of 100% Greek rye.

Fresh, unpasteurized and selectively filtered Craft Lager.
Produced from Greek barley malt varieties, carries a subtle bitterness and rich aromas from three types of excellent hops.
