      Our SmokeHouse The authentic slow smoked BBQ Brisket, Short Ribs, Spare Ribs, Beef ribs, Crispy Pork Belly and Pulled Pork dishes are marinated and slowly smoked in our custom in house smoker at 250F for at least 8 hours to “fall off the bone” tenderness.

      Beef brisket from the point, slowly cooked and smoked, served in smoke with hand-cut chunky chips, coleslaw and pickles.

    • PULLED PORK SANDWICH

      In a brioche bun topped with crunchy coleslaw and served with our hand-cut chunky chips.

    • B.B.Q. PLATTER

      Beef brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork, B.B.Q. wings and local 100% beef sausage. Accompanied with chunky chips, coleslaw and homemade pickles.
